Speaking at a series of public meetings in the Kishtwar region today, Chugh accused Congress of creating conditions that led to the death of Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, who was then the president of the Janata Sangh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chugh alleged that the Congress government failed to take decisive action against disruptive elements from Pakistan, allowing anti-national forces to gain a foothold in J&K. He argued that this leniency contributed to the region\u2019s longstanding issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
