The meteorological department reported that Srinagar recorded a minimum temperature of 4.8\u00b0C, down from 6.4\u00b0C the previous night, marking a deviation of 1.6\u00b0C below normal for this time of the year in the summer capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qazigund, the gateway town of Kashmir, recorded a minimum temperature of 4.8\u00b0C, compared to 7.2\u00b0C the previous night, indicating a deviation of 0.3\u00b0C below normal. Pahalgam, a famous resort in south Kashmir, recorded a low of 0.5\u00b0C, down from 0.7\u00b0C the previous night, marking a deviation of 1.2\u00b0C below normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, Kokernag in south Kashmir recorded a minimum temperature of 5.6\u00b0C, slightly above the previous night\u2019s 6.8\u00b0C, indicating a deviation of 0.5\u00b0C above normal. Kupwara town registered a low of 3.6\u00b0C, down from 3.5\u00b0C the previous night, marking a deviation of 1.6\u00b0C below normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contrarily, Gulmarg, the renowned skiing resort in north Kashmir\u2019s Baramulla district, recorded a low of 1.1\u00b0C, significantly above the previous night\u2019s minus 1.6\u00b0C, marking a deviation of 1.2\u00b0C above normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meanwhile, Jammu recorded a minimum temperature of 15.7\u00b0C, 1.4\u00b0C below normal for the winter capital of J&amp;K.
