New Hearing Care Initiative Launched with BestSound Center 3.0 in Jammu

WSAudiology and Hearing Help Pvt Ltd have launched BestSound Center 3.0 in Jammu, donating 150 hearing aids to underprivileged residents to enhance hearing care accessibility.

Jammu, J&K – 16 October 2026 – In a significant push to enhance access to hearing care, Hearing Help Pvt Ltd. has opened the new BestSound Center 3.0 in Jammu in collaboration with WS Audiology (WSA), a leading global name in the hearing care industry. This initiative aims to deliver a personalized and consumer-friendly approach to hearing solutions, helping address the pressing needs of those with hearing impairments in the region.

The launch event included a generous donation of 150 hearing aids for 75 underprivileged residents of Jammu, facilitated through a partnership with the Suryoday Foundation. This collaboration underscores both organizations’ dedication to making quality hearing care accessible to those who often experience economic barriers.

The BestSound Center 3.0, now located at 17-A/D, Near District Police Lines, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu-J&K-180004, epitomizes WSA’s commitment to bridging the gap between clinical services and personal hearing care experiences. Following the successful launch of a similar center in Bangalore earlier this year, the initiative in Jammu is set against the backdrop of heightened demand for comprehensive hearing solutions; according to the World Health Organization (WHO), around 63 million individuals in India live with significant auditory impairments.

“People in regions like Jammu & Kashmir often struggle to access quality hearing care, and BSC 3.0 aims to change that,” stated Mr. Avinash Pawar, Managing Director and CEO of WSA India. “This center brings international standards of care directly to the community, allowing individuals to reconnect with those around them.”

This innovative center offers a user-friendly, interactive environment where clients can engage with trained hearing care professionals. It includes designated areas for diagnostics, counselling, and product trials—designed to break away from the traditional clinical atmosphere associated with hearing assessments.

A distinctive aspect of BestSound Center 3.0 lies in its offerings of two leading hearing aid brands, Signia and Widex. Research shows that listeners’ preferences vary significantly based on various factors, including lifestyle environments. By catering to individual preferences, the center enhances the customer experience and ensures a suitable match for each client’s hearing needs.

“The opening of this center represents a pivotal moment for hearing care in our area,” remarked Mr. John Zargar, Managing Director and CEO of Hearing Help Pvt Ltd. “Since 2019, we have seen residents traveling great distances for access to hearing solutions. Now, we provide advanced audiological services right here in Jammu.”

Additionally, in coordination with the Suryoday Foundation, the center identified and helped 75 individuals from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, providing necessary hearing aids. The donation contributed significantly to breaking the barrier many face due to financial constraints that have prevented them from seeking treatment.

“Addressing hearing loss is vital for enhancing communication and community involvement,” said Mr. Pawar. “Hearing care should not be a luxury, but an essential service accessible to everyone.” The BestSound Center 3.0 aims for long-term impact, providing ongoing care and follow-up support to those fitted with hearing aids.

Both WS Audiology and Hearing Help encourage proactive involvement in hearing health across Jammu and Kashmir. They aspire to raise awareness about the importance of timely evaluations, demonstrating that receiving the right kind of hearing assistance can lead to life-changing improvements.
